Non-Surgical Cosmetic Procedures

Although we all want to be beautiful, many of us are understandably worried about undergoing invasive surgical procedures simply because we want to look good. As a result, non-surgical cosmetic procedures are growing in popularity in recent years, allowing more people than ever to experience the benefits of plastic surgery without having to go under a surgeon’s knife. Here we go over some of the most common non-surgical cosmetic procedures as of 2019!

1. Non-surgical rhinoplasty

Non-surgical rhinoplasties use injectable face fillers to help perfect the shape of your nose, especially if you’re looking to add volume in a certain area. Non-surgical nose jobs are great for people who are looking to increase the symmetry and overall shape of their nose, although they cannot reduce the size of someone’s nose like traditional surgery can.

2. Brazilian butt lift

With big butts being particularly en vogue thanks to stars such as Kim Kardashian and Iggy Azalea, Brazilian butt lifts have become very popular recently. This surgery uses your body’s own fat and injects it into your buttocks, adding volume and shape to the area. By using your body’s own fat, the risk of injection or immune system responses is minimized.

3. Laser facial treatment

This procedure uses fractional laser technology to reduce and fight skin imperfections such as sun spots, large pores, and areas of dullness. The procedure is painless and is often referred to as a “lunchtime” procedure, meaning that it is quick and has very little healing time. The only side effects are some slight temporary redness which could easily be mistaken for a little sunburn. During the procedure, a laser device is moved across your face in order to reduce visible pores and brighten your overall skin tone.

4. Chemical peels

Chemical peels remove old layers of dead skin, making way for clear, radiant, and young-looking skin to grow in its place. Chemical peels come in many different strengths – some are lunchtime procedures whereas others have more considerable recovery times. Strong chemical peels can cause your skin to temporarily appear blistered and scabby after a procedure, although they ultimately help to reduce sun damage, acne scars, and deep-set wrinkles. Just be wary about going for anything too strong!

5. Oxygen facials

Oxygen facials are non-invasive cosmetic procedures which use modern technology to provide you with a very high-quality facial. A special compression machine is used which pushes oxygen and molecules of other skincare products, such as vitamins and botanicals, into the skin. The pressurized air essentially “forces” these rejuvenating ingredients into the skin, effectively plumping the skin, brightening it up, and reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

There are many procedures out there which use non-surgical and non-invasive techniques to make people look younger and more beautiful. Nonetheless, just like with normal plastic surgery, you should ensure that your procedure is administered by a licensed professional using top of the range products and equipment.
